Possibilities of accounting systems for petroleum products
The systems are implemented in order to ensure safe operation during the reception and release of petroleum products, as well as to automate accounting and actions related to the measurement of parameters of petroleum products, the accumulation, processing and transmission of information necessary for effective management of the oil depot and compliance with the norms of current legislation, prevention of the negative impact of human factor, etc.
The following subsystems may be part of the automated fuel accounting system for its acceptance, storage and issuance:
Measuring module based on a
flowmeter-counter
The levels of the reservoirs of the VST and HST and the data processing console
Automated rezpark and autofill management
system
Automated gas station management system.
With the help of flow meters-meters, the volume of goods that arrived at the discharge station or was shipped through the bulk station is measured. The most optimal option is the use of Coriolis mass flowmeters (manufacturers Krohne, Yokogawa, etc.).
Tank level gauges provide measurement of fuel level, density, temperature, by which the volume of fuel in the tank is calculated using the tank graduation table, measurement of the level of submersible water.
Certification of measuring equipment
The «CSC -Automation» company completes commercial accounting systems with measuring equipment that meets the requirements of the law and has passed the conformity assessment (Module B + F) and type verification in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of legally regulated measuring equipment, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 94 of 13.01.2016 and were entered into the Register of approved types of measuring equipment.
At the request of the Customer, the
company «CSC – Automation»
initiates the procedure for assessing the compliance of the automated
accounting system (Module G).
